What You Will Own
You will:
- Run the business day-to-day
- Drive the 10,000 applications/month machine
- Hold the leadership team accountable
- Install world-class systems
- Protect the Critical Function: Exceptional Content
- Build operational simplicity across every function
- Create dashboards, cadence, hiring plans, incentives, and systems that scale
- Remove chaos, friction, and execution gaps
- Ensure Matt only focuses on:
- YouTube
- Book
- Thought leadership
- Strategy
- Offers
You will be the force multiplier of the entire company.
Responsibilities
1. Systems & Execution
- Own EOS / Clockwork cadence across the org
- Ensure every system has:
- A documented SOP
- An owner
- A dashboard metric
- A weekly execution rhythm
2. Team Performance
- Manage C-suite: CTO, CPO, CDO
- Run weekly executive L10
- Ensure KPIs are met across:
- Applications
- Sales
- Delivery
- Renewals
- Content
- Finance
3. Operational Excellence
- Remove bottlenecks
- Increase velocity
- Maintain insanely simple operations
- Eliminate noise, slack, and confusion
- Ensure Matt is protected from operational drag
4. Finance & Forecasting
- Work with CFO to run:
- Cashflow
- P&L
- Forecasting
- Profit modeling
- Drive profit from $500K/month → $2M/month
