Founder OS is building toward a $100M company on a simple model: founders pay us five and six figures, and we install a Content Operating System that grows their brand and their revenue. Sales is closing. Marketing is scaling. The constraint on the next $90M is delivery. Matt is the founder, the face, and the content engine. This role exists so that every founder inside Velocity and Edge gets the result they were sold, at a cost that improves every quarter. This is an operator seat. You run the product side of the company the way a great GM runs a business: with a P&L, a scoreboard, and a team you built.
The Mandate
Five pillars. You own all five.
PILLAR 1 Product and Results
The product is the result. You own the Velocity delivery system (the 7-step onboarding and build-out), Edge delivery, and the full curriculum behind them. You keep the product current, kill what founders don't use, and ship what moves their numbers. You know the cost to deliver each founder and the result each founder got, and you can show both on one screen.
PILLAR 2 Team and Unit Economics
You hire, manage, and when needed, exit the delivery team: Founder Success Managers, implementers, specialists. Then you make the math work. The target is one FSM running 80 founders at a higher standard than most companies hit at one to ten. AI does the heavy lifting; your team does the judgment.
PILLAR 3 AI and Systems
Founder OS is an AI-first company. Delivery is where that shows up or doesn't. You own the skill stack that powers the Content Operating System, the AI implementation function, and the internal systems that let a small team deliver at scale.
PILLAR 4 Retention, Renewal, and Ascension
At high ticket, delivery is the growth engine. A founder who hits the goal they bought renews, ascends from Velocity to Edge, and sends you three friends. You own the renewal waterfall, churn, refunds, and lifetime value.
PILLAR 5 The Proof Engine
Results nobody sees don't sell. You run a standing pipeline that turns client wins into case studies, testimonials, and data, and feeds them to sales and marketing on a set cadence. Proof is a product line, and you ship it.
03
The Scorecard
You are measured on outcomes, not activity. Final numbers get locked with Matt in your first 30 days. These are the bars we care about:
Metric What it tells us
Client result rate % of founders who hit their contracted outcome
Time to first win Days from kickoff to the founder's first shipped result
Renewal and ascension rate % of founders who renew or move up to Edge
Churn and refund rate Whether the product delivers what sales promised
NPS Whether founders would send us their friends
Cost to deliver per founder Unit economics, trending down every quarter
Founders per FSM AI efficiency, on the path to 1:80
Proof assets shipped Case studies and testimonials per month
04
Who You Run
You work shoulder to shoulder with Sean (clean handoff from closed deal to kickoff) and Devin (proof flows to marketing, client language flows back to the funnel).
05
Your First 90 Days
DAYS 1-30 Understand
Sit in everything. Onboarding calls, implementation calls, FSM check-ins, renewal conversations. Read every curriculum module. Interview ten founders: five who got great results, five who didn't. Map the real delivery process against the one we sell. Lock your scorecard numbers with Matt.
DAYS 31-60 Install
Pick the three highest-impact fixes and ship them. Stand up the scoreboard: results, cost, renewal, ratio, all visible weekly. Put your hiring plan in front of Matt. Install the proof pipeline.
DAYS 61-90 Run
Run delivery without Matt in the room. Hold the weekly delivery meeting, run the scorecard review, make the calls. The bar at day 90: Matt disappears for two weeks and every founder still gets exactly what they were promised.
06
Who This Person Is
You have run delivery, client success, or operations at a scaled coaching, consulting, or agency business, or led client success at a high-ACV company where every account was a name, not a number. You have hired and exited people. You have owned a margin number. You use AI daily and have already rebuilt at least one process around it.
You are:
You are not:
Unusual backgrounds welcome. A military operations leader, a hospitality GM who ran 100 staff, an agency COO: if you have run a delivery machine and made the economics work, we want to talk.
07
Compensation
Competitive base plus performance compensation tied to the numbers you own: retention, lifetime value, and delivery margin. When the founders win and the economics improve, you get paid like an owner. We go deep on structure and numbers in the live conversation.
08
How We Hire
Founder OS runs on a simple belief: fear is the enemy of service, and systems are the path to freedom. If you want to build the delivery machine behind the operating system for founders, this is the seat.
