The Role
As a Media Growth Strategist, you’ll drive the top of funnel engine for Founder OS through paid acquisition - primarily on YouTube and Meta. You’ll collaborate closely with Matt Gray and the content team to identify, test, and scale high-performing ad creative that converts founders into clients. You’ll live in the data, iterate rapidly, and make strategic decisions that directly impact our monthly revenue.
This isn’t just a media buying job. It’s a leadership track for someone who’s equally skilled at creative ideation, funnel optimization, scripting, segmentation, and scaling campaigns in the high-ticket expert space.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across YouTube and Meta to hit CAC, ROAS, and CPL targets
- Creative Strategy: Ideate and script new video ads weekly; identify hooks, angles, and messaging based on funnel data and content performance
- Split Testing & Scaling: Run structured A/B tests, iterate on winning creative, and scale campaigns aggressively while maintaining performance
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Build high-converting custom and lookalike audiences; test new targeting strategies for high-intent leads
- Landing Page Collaboration: Work with our tech and copy team to refine landing pages, bridge pages, and funnels based on ad performance insights
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and communicate results clearly with leadership
- Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with organic, content, and product teams to align paid strategy with the overall growth engine
