Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Personal Brand Expert to join our remote team. You will manage a portfolio of 40 founders, helping them achieve breakthrough results using proven systems for audience growth and brand building. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving client success and delivering measurable outcomes within 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 25 weekly coaching calls, providing guidance and accountability while helping founders generate $20k+ monthly revenue within their first 90 days.
- Drive community engagement by celebrating wins, maintaining high activity levels, and ensuring client milestone achievement through our Skool platform.
- Track and report key metrics including TrustPilot reviews, case studies, and client success stories while collaborating with the team to optimize founder journeys.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in Client Success or Account Management, exceptional communication skills, and demonstrated ability to drive measurable client outcomes in a high-growth environment are required.
