This is a high-stakes, high-reward role. You’ll be speaking with pre-qualified founders who are ready to scale, leading them through a consultative sales process, and closing deals that directly drive revenue and impact. If you thrive on performance, accountability, and the thrill of helping ambitious founders say “yes” to their next level—this role is for you.

The Role

As a Closer at Founder OS, you’ll own the entire sales cycle with founders who’ve already been qualified by our SDR team. This isn’t about pushing products - it’s about uncovering real challenges, aligning solutions, and enrolling founders into programs that will change their businesses (and lives).

Every deal you close fuels our mission and strengthens the most ambitious founder community in the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Close 15+ deals per month
  • Maintain $172,500 in monthly cash collected
  • Achieve 25%+ close rate on qualified calls
  • Run 7-9 sales calls daily with consistency and energy

What You’ll Get

  • 10.0% commission on all cash collected
  • Expected monthly earnings: $17,250 ($207,000+/year OTE)
  • Current closer team average: $14,500–$22,000/month
  • Fully remote position
  • Proven systems, scripts, and coaching to help you win at scale

Requirements

  • Proven experience closing high-ticket offers ($5K–$50K+)
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Professional home office with reliable internet, clean set up, good camera and microphone
  • Full-time availability (40+ hours/week)
  • Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management
  • Prior training or mentorship in sales methodology 
  • Good energy and communication skills - both internally and externally, leaving egos at the door
