Reports to: Chief Distribution Officer (Nick)
Mission: Write the daily content across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Stories using Founder OS voice, founder psychology, and the Content GPS.
The Opportunity
Founder OS is scaling to 10,000 applications per month, and the organic channels are the engine that drives it.
We need a world-class copywriter who can:
- Think like a psychologist
- Write like an award-winning strategist
- Capture Matt’s voice with eerie accuracy
- Turn the founder’s internal dialogue into scroll-stopping content
- Create the kind of posts founders DM to their team saying “THIS.”
You’ll work side-by-side with Nick (CDO) using real data from the dashboard to produce content that compounds growth across every platform.
This is a high-responsibility, high-ownership role.

Responsibilities
Daily Content Creation
- Write content for:
- Instagram carousels (1x daily founder-led post)
- X (4 per day)
- LinkedIn (1x daily founder-led posts)
- Instagram Stories (daily storytelling)
- Create 3+ weeks of content backlog, always ready for approval
- Implement the Content GPS across formats
MONTHLY CONTENT CREATION (IN SUMMARY)
