Make sure every founder gets the result they bought, at a cost that improves every quarter.
01
Why this role exists
Founder OS is building toward a $100M company on a simple model: founders pay us five and six figures, and we install a Content Operating System that grows their brand and their revenue.
Sales is closing. Marketing is scaling. The constraint on the next $90M is delivery.
This role exists so every founder inside Velocity and Edge gets the result they were sold, at a cost that improves every quarter. You run delivery with a P&L, a scoreboard and a team you built.
02
What you own
Product and results
The product is the result. You own Velocity delivery (the 7-step onboarding and build-out), Edge delivery and the curriculum behind them.
- Own the delivery roadmap for Velocity and Edge.
- Keep the curriculum current, and cut what founders don't use.
- Track client results as hard numbers: what we promised, what shipped, what it did for their business.
- Know cost to deliver per founder, and bring it down without lowering the bar.
Team and unit economics
You run the delivery team: Founder Success Managers, implementers and specialists. The target is one FSM running 80 founders at a higher standard than most companies hit at one to ten.
- Recruit and run the FSM and delivery bench.
- Build AI-first workflows so every FSM works like a team of ten.
- Own delivery margin. Report it monthly. Improve it quarterly.
- Write the playbooks so every seat is replaceable, including yours.
Skills and implementation
You own the content of the skills library founders are delivered on, its reporting and its distribution in Skool. The Revenue Systems Engineer runs the sync behind it.
- Run and grow the AI implementation function.
- Automate the repeatable 80% of delivery so people spend time where judgment pays.
- Test every new tool against one question: does it get a founder to a result faster?
Retention, renewal and ascension
A founder who hits the goal they bought renews, moves from Velocity to Edge, and sends three friends.
- Own renewal and ascension targets, and run the renewal motion with sales.
- Catch at-risk founders before they go quiet.
- Drive refunds and churn toward zero through results.
- Make year two worth more than year one.
The proof engine
Proof sells the next founder. You turn client wins into case studies, testimonials and data, on a set cadence.
- Ship client proof every month.
- Keep a live results database the whole company can pull from.
- Build proof capture into delivery itself.
03
Who you work with
- Head of Sales. Clean handoff from closed deal to kickoff, plus renewals.
- Marketing. Proof flows to marketing, and client language flows back to the funnel.
- Revenue Systems Engineer. The skills sync and Matt AI systems delivery runs on.
- General Manager. The company scorecard and leadership rhythm.
04
The scorecard
You're measured on results. Final numbers get set with Matt in your first 30 days.
- Client result rate. % of founders who hit their contracted outcome.
- Time to first win. Days from kickoff to the founder's first shipped result.
- Renewal and ascension rate. % of founders who renew or move up to Edge.
- Churn and refund rate. Whether the product delivers what sales promised.
- NPS. Whether founders would send us their friends.
- Cost to deliver per founder. Trending down every quarter.
- Founders per FSM. On the path to 1:80.
- Proof assets shipped. Case studies and testimonials per month.
05
Your first 90 days
Days 1-30: Understand
Sit in on onboarding calls, implementation calls, FSM check-ins and renewal conversations. Interview 10 founders: 5 who got great results, 5 who didn't. Map the real delivery process against the one we sell. Lock your scorecard numbers with Matt.
Days 31-60: Install
Ship the three highest-impact fixes. Put results, cost, renewal and ratio on the scoreboard weekly. Put your hiring plan in front of Matt. Install the proof pipeline.
Days 61-90: Run
Run delivery without Matt in the room. Hold the weekly delivery meeting, run the scorecard review and make the calls.
06
Who you are
You've run delivery, client success or operations at a scaled coaching, consulting or agency business, or led client success where every account had a name. You've owned a margin number. You use AI daily, and you've already rebuilt at least one process around it.
You'll do well here if:
- You fix the system behind a missed result.
- You walk into reviews with the scoreboard.
- You raise the bar and keep the room calm.
- You're obsessed with the client result.
07

- Pay. $7,200 to $16,800 a month, plus performance pay tied to retention, lifetime value and delivery margin.
- Where and when. Fully remote. You set your own hours and methods. We book delivery meetings together, on US Eastern time.
