The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Founder OS, you are the first voice ambitious founders will hear when they step into our ecosystem. Your job is to transform those first conversations into qualified opportunities - uncovering needs, asking sharp questions, and booking high-quality calls that fuel our growth engine.

This isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about discipline, aligned energy, ownership, and the ability to turn interest into action. Every conversation you drive forward directly contributes to Founder OS’s mission of scaling the most ambitious entrepreneurs on the planet.

What You’ll Do

  1. Qualify new business leads through outbound calls, prospecting, and follow-up.
  2. Schedule 84+ quality appointments each month with ideal prospects.
  3. Maintain a 75%+ show rate by applying rigorous qualification standards.
  4. Follow up with prospects using proven Founder OS systems.
  5. Keep your pipeline in HubSpot clean, updated, and transparent at all times - no black holes.
  6. Collaborate with closers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
  7. Engage fully in team huddles, trainings, and roleplays to sharpen your craft.

Results We Expect

  • Daily/weekly outreach targets consistently hit and exceeded
  • 75%+ show rates sustained through effective qualification
  • Pipeline tracked with precision and clarity, visible to leadership in real time
  • Clear evidence of rigor, persistence, and coachability in every aspect of the role
  • Willing to work 5 days per week (9am–7pm EST or 8am–6pm PST)

What You’ll Get

  • 5% commission on cash collected from your sets
  • 20% commission on downsells that you close ($2,497 price point)
  • Expected OTE: $88,200/year (approx. $7,000/month)
