I don't like meetings. But some are crucial.
For our team, we've found monthly team jams to be ideal.
During the meeting, we cover goals, KPIs, roadblocks - everything.
It keeps us rowing in the same direction.
2) Asana Accountability
As a founder, you're an enabler. Your job is to find out where your team is lagging behind, and how to enable them to complete the task asap. To do that, you need a simple overview of your operations.
In Asana, every task has an owner and a deadline.
No more wondering "is this actually getting done?".

So every post contains a CTA linking to my newsletter or offer. I use ConvertKit as the hub for my newsletter, that's where I nurture my audience.
From there, we convert readers into buyers.

System #3: Health OS (to keep you in shape)
When I was in my 20s, I routinely smoked 12 joints a day. My joint-rolling skills were second to none. Seriously, I could've made Snoop Dogg a run for his money. I also ate a bunch of junk.

But you can't build an empire if you feel like trash.
5 years ago, I sobered up.
I've also made the most money in my life during the past 5 years.
Coincidence? I don't think so.
Now, the world doesn't need another health guru. But from founder-to-founder, I wanted to share what's working for me.
Here's the routine I'm trying out in September:

I chunk my day into 3:
- Morning = Deep work
- Afternoon = Meetings + Nature
- Evening = Wind down + Prep for tomorrow
Balance is key to sustainable success.
I also do reboot retreats.
Every 90 days, I disappear into nature for a week to fully unplug.
Emptiness creates space for ideas.
Often, I have a major breakthrough during my off-week that helps me grow the biz when I get back.
Disconnecting is the ultimate biohack.
